Meet Nascent's Founder
and Occupational Therapist

I’m Linda, a holistic pediatric occupational therapist, wife, and mom based in the Rio Grande Valley. I focus on supporting the development and well-being of babies, considering the whole child—not just their symptoms or conditions. Over the last 9 years, I’ve worked in various outpatient pediatric settings and am now the proud founder of Nascent Pediatric Therapy.

I created Nascent after experiencing and witnessing the postpartum feeding and developmental struggles many moms face. I’m here to provide parents with hope, peace of mind, and confidence as they navigate a developmental journey with their babies that might differ from what they envisioned. Nascent helps empower parents and their babies to feed better, sleep better, and move better. Every baby deserves the best start, and every parent deserves the support to give it.

Testimonials

I attended the group therapy session and with just one session Linda was able to get my 2 month old to do tummy time without a pillow support. I am so happy because I have been trying for weeks for him to do this at home, but it was always a no go for us. I really recommend this therapy the baby’s have fun interacting and parents do learn a LOT! Thank you Nascent!
